NEW RATES IN 2022
On January 1, 2022, NWCWD implemented a 7% rate increase for all customers
(residential, commercial and wholesale).
RATE AND FEE BREAKDOWN
• Usage from 0-6 thousand gallons (Kgal): A minimum of $24.90
• Usage over 6 Kgal: $4.15 per Kgal
• Non-potable water rate: $1.50 per Kgal
• Raw Water Fee: $58,000
• Plant Investment Fee: $17,650 (up from $9,500 in 2021)
• Plant Investment Surcharge: $3.95 per Kgal
• Meter Installation Fee: $1,850 minimum
• Distance Fee: $300 per mile from the main tank site ($1500 minimum charge)
