NORTH WELD COUNTY WATER DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

SUBMITTAL DEADLINE:  JUNE 6, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME

Notice for Request for Qualifications: The North Weld County Water District (District) is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittals from general contractors interested in bidding on the construction of the:

“Eaton Pipeline Phase 3 Project”

The Project consists of furnishing and installing between approximately 6,100 and

7,200 linear feet of 30-inch diameter potable water transmission pipeline and all required fittings, valves, cathodic protection, other appurtenances, and construction staking along Weld County Road (WCR) 72 between WCR 33 and just east of the WCR 35 intersection.  It will connect to an existing 30-inch PVC water transmission pipeline near the WCR 33 intersection on its western end and will terminate with a blow-off assembly at the eastern terminus (the Work).    Bore locations under WCR 35 and an irrigation ditch are anticipated.  The limits of the Work are within the vicinity of several active irrigation ditches, and coordination with the ditch owners is anticipated for crossings of such ditches. The preliminary, all-inclusive construction cost estimate is approximately $6.0 million.

no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on June 6, 2025.  Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender unopened. SOQ’s received on or prior to the deadline will not be returned to the submitting firms.
