NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the North Weld County Water District (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water service at a public meeting to be held on June 14, 2021, at 1:00 P.M.. Due to emergency conditions arising from COVID-19, public may attend via teleconferencing by (303) 858-1802 and entering the PIN 1102. Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the District’s Board of Directors is not obligated to fix and/or increase of fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water service at this time but will consider its options.
